Gauge Instruction:
1. use GONOGO/pins to check the hole size of part.
2. put the part on the gauge, locating base on the datum, ensure the part contact with the gauge well.
3. use position pin to check the hole position of part.
4. use dial gauge to check the part surface profile and record the data.
Note: CMM can also be used to detect the back of parts at the hollowed out area of the bottom plate, which is equivalent to using checking fixtures and CMM fixtures for 2 purposes.
