Manual
1.Use the hole size GONOGO to check the part relative hole size；
2.Open all the clamps and swim-arms, put the part on gauge lightly, insert the main location pin Z6(2 way)；
3.Close the clamps of clampY4-clampY5-clampY7-clampY8-clampY1-clampY2-clampY3 in proper sequence;
4.Use the checking pin CP1/CP2/CP3 to check the part relative hole position;
5.Close the swim-arms,use the GOS Ø4.5/NOGO SØ5.5(red dot) to check the part's mounting surface, and use step gauge +/-1.0 (green dot) to check the part's non-mounting surface.
6.Use the GO Ø4.0/NOGO Ø6.0(black dot) and step gauge +/-1.0 (green dot) to check the part all around trimming edge profile.
7.Use 0&3mm sight line to check the part's long waist hole.
