Checking Fixture For Upper Grill
Operating steps:
1. Open all clamps to non-working state.
2. Put the Upper Grill parts on the checking fixture against the datum, adjust the part contact with the datum well, close all clamps, part located.
3. Use gap GONOGO/step gauge to check the part surface profile/trim edge with related color dot area.
The checking fixture can also as a CMM/holding fixture, reasonable use of checking fixtures can help better detect the qualification of parts.
