Checking Fixture For Rear bumper trim

操作步骤 Operation Steps：                                                                                                                              

1.将所有卡扣调节至非工作状态；

1.Open the clips

2.闭合卡扣,将产品对准基准B/C套入检具上。确保产品与基准面A1-A7贴零，将产品轻拍入检具，拧紧A5~A7对应的压紧销。产品完全定位；

2.Close clips, put the part on the gauge against datum B/C, make sure part contact the datum faceA1-A7 completely, tighten the screw pins, part located

3.切边轮廓检测：用GO2.5/NOGO3.5通止规检测产品全周切边轮廓，通端能能通过，止端不能通过，产品合格；反之则不合格。

3.Trim edge check: use GO2.5/NOGO3.5 to check trim edge round.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

4.打开卡扣，将所有零件归位，取出产品，完成本次检测。

4.Open the clips, take off  part, inspection finished.

Mainly check the gap between the rear bumper trim and surrounding parts.
