The customer wants us to check two sides of the part, front and back.
Although it is the same part, the fixture will be very different with different detection and positioning.
Front side, checking fixture
Check the hole size and special size of parts, use dial gauge to check the points required by customers, and check the window profile under different datums.
Back side, holding fixture
Simulate the front surface positioning, and use CMM to check whether the part features are qualified.
