Design of the base plate assembly
The upper surface of the fixture body is stretched a certain distance along the direction of the reference plane, so that the thickness of the lowest point is greater than 150mm, so as to ensure that the fixture body has sufficient strength, and at the same time, try to make the base surface of the fixture body, that is, the upper surface of the base plate assembly as far as possible at integer positions in the body coordinate system. The fixture base plate assembly is generally composed of a base plate, channel steel, a positioning block and a universal wheel. After the base plate is fixed by the fixture body, other parts can be selected the standard part according to the actual situation.
Checking of holes
In the body stamping parts, many important holes and flanges need to be checked separately. In the design of the checking fixture/inspection tool, a boss with a thickness of about 1mm is usually added to the upper surface of the fixture body. The center of the boss and the center of the part hole are on the same axis, and the diameter is 5mm larger than the hole diameter, and use a double scribe method to check on the boss.
When the accuracy of the measured hole is relatively high, the method of positioning hole is used to check with plug gauge and bushing. In the large body cover, due to the complex shape, large volume, high production cost, single detection object and poor flexibility of such checking fixtures/inspection tools, it is difficult to obtain a large amount of accurate information quickly. Has been gradually replaced by advanced automatic detection means (such as online detection system). However, for the checking of mass-produced small stamping parts, automobile manufacturers still mainly rely on this type of checking fixtures/inspection tools.
